No, you don't have to buy insurance from us. However, we strongly recommend that you obtain your own insurance for your stored belongings. Ocean Wave Storage does not insure your goods and is not liable for any loss or damage.
Are there any fees or add-ons?
No, we have no hidden fees, no administrative fees, and do not require you to purchase insurance or any other add-ons. There is only a one-time refundable $25 deposit.
Do I need a lock?
No, you do not need your own lock. All units use secure electronic locks. You can access your unit using your phone as a key or by entering a personal access code on the keypad.
Is there a cart available?
Yes, a moving cart is available on-site for your free use when loading or unloading items.

Are the storage units climate-controlled?
Yes, all our units are fully air-conditioned and climate-controlled. They are also located on the ground floor with no stairs or elevators for easy access.

Our facility features secure electronic locks on every unit, gated entry, and is video monitored for your peace of mind. As a locally owned business in Cocoa Beach, we take security seriously.
What size unit do I need?
Unit size depends on the volume and type of items you’re storing. We offer a range of sizes from small (5×5) for boxes to larger units for furniture and household goods. Contact us and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right size.
What items are prohibited?
For safety reasons, we prohibit hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable food, live animals, illegal substances, and any items that could damage other units. Please contact us if you’re unsure about a specific item.
How do I rent a unit?

How do I make payments?
Payments are automatically debited from the card you use at signup.
What is your move-out / cancellation policy?
Rentals are month-to-month. Just let us know when you plan to vacate. We will inspect the unit upon move-out and refund your deposit if it is returned in good condition (normal wear and tear excepted).
