At OceanWave Storage, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing because, as consumers ourselves, we understand the frustration of unexpected costs like admin fees, lock fees, or surprise access charges.

That’s why we’ve made a firm commitment: we never charge hidden fees.

The price you see is the price you pay — no sneaky add-ons like administrative fees or lock fees, no fine-print surprises like required insurance, just honest and fair pricing you can trust.

Infrequent Price Increases

Unlike many storage facilities that raise rates multiple times a year or use short-term “teaser” specials that skyrocket after a few months, we’re committed to real stability and predictability.

At OceanWave Storage:

  • Price adjustments happen no more than once per calendar year
  • You’ll always receive clear, written notice at least 60 days in advance
  • We don’t play bait-and-switch games — the rate we quote is designed to be your rate for the long haul

This approach lets you budget with confidence and eliminates the stress of sudden jumps or promotional gimmicks.

Promotional / Move-In Special Rates

To welcome new customers and help during slower periods, we occasionally offer limited-time promotional rates (also called move-in specials or intro offers). These discounted rates are clearly advertised as temporary and apply only to qualifying new rentals.

Key details we always disclose upfront:

  • The promotional rate is lower than our standard posted rate for the first X months (typically 3–6 months, depending on the current offer or ask us for exact terms).
  • After the promotional period ends, your rate automatically reverts to our standard posted rate for that unit size/type (the everyday rate shown on our website, signage, and rental agreement).
  • This reversion is not a price increase—it's simply the end of the temporary discount and the start of our regular pricing.
  • Once at the standard rate, you enjoy the same protections: no hidden fees, and any future adjustments (if any) follow our infrequent-increase policy with 60+ days' written notice.

We display both the promotional rate and the standard rate whenever a special is active, so you know exactly what to expect from month 1 through the long term. No surprises—just clear, honest information to help you decide.

No Long-Term Contracts Required

Every price you see on our website is for true month-to-month renting — stay for one month or ten years, it’s entirely up to you.

There are zero long-term commitments, no cancellation fees, and no obligations.

Want an even lower rate?

We’re happy to reward commitment: customers who choose to prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months upfront lock in a discounted rate (and still enjoy the same no-hidden-fees and infrequent-increase promises).

Flexibility or savings — you pick what works best for you. Either way, the choice is always yours.
